Описание: This INTERMEDIATE calisthenics workout will challenge your whole body. We will not only be strengthening muscles but working on joint mobility and co-ordination, so the brain will also be exercised!

We move for 45 seconds before only resting for 15 seconds, keeping the heart rate up and breaking a real sweat. We want to tone some muscles as well as burn some fat. The 15 different exercises are:

1. Plank walk out / mountain climbers
2. Bridge reach back / prayer crunch
3. Reverse table toe touch / boat pose
4. Tricep dips / kick to side
5. Alternating toe tap
6. Lizard / kick through
7. Reverse table / compression fold
8. Superman taps / plank push up
9. Curtsey lunge / high kick
10. Monkey crawl / squat up
11. Hip lift / Russian twist
12. Bear crawl / extended plank
13. Side crawl / twist
14. Lunge / bear / down dog
15. Squat / plank / knees up
