This BEGINNER calisthenics workout will challenge your whole body. We will not only be strengthening muscles but working on joint mobility and co-ordination, so the brain will also be exercised!
We move for 45 seconds before only resting for 15 seconds, keeping the heart rate up and breaking a real sweat. We want to tone some muscles as well as burn some fat. The 15 different exercises are:
1. Alternating lunge backs
2. Elbow low boat / toe taps
3. Forearm plank (knees down) / reaches
4. Squat / bear / kneel back
5. 90-90 / kick around
6. Bear knee taps / knee lifts
7. Bridge reach back / crunch
8. Side crawls
9. Kick throughs
10. Squat / twist
