It’s Day 26 of the WALK Off the Weight series for women over 50, and we are enjoying power-boosting at its finest today in a workout that’s UNIQUE, INTERESTING, and has a smidgin of JUST-RIGHT CHALLENGE.
It’s DYNAMIC STRENGTH in a fast-moving, stepstool-style routine that technically doesn’t have any cardio, but your heart rate might disagree.
Trying new things doesn’t have to be scary or difficult when you’ve got your best fitness friend - me! - along for the fun, explaining each exercise so you can feel comfortable doing them and SUCCESSFUL at the end.

SET UP:
Timer is set for intervals of 20 seconds; complete each section as a “stepstool,” adding one exercise each round; complete each stepstool twice in a row before moving on
