There are 2 Circuits that make up this ow impact no jumping hiit workout. Complete 3 rounds of the circuits following the time scheme below:
Round 1-30 secs work/10 secs rest
Round 2-45 secs work/15 secs rest
Round 3-30 secs work/10 secs rest
*Have 1 minute rest between Circuit 1 & Circuit 2.
