This 60-minute festive strength workout takes you through two no-repeat circuits of classic, feel-good strength moves designed to build full-body strength, boost energy, and leave you feeling strong, capable, and merry heading into Christmas.

I used a set of 7kg/15 lbs & 12.5kg/27.5 lbs dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
