10 Minute AMRAP
1 Clean (165)
1 Burpee Chest to Bar Pull-up
20 Double Unders
Add one clean and one burpee chest to bar each round
Part B:
3 Rep Max Front Squat
Scores: 7 Rounds + 10 reps, 225 lbs
Not super happy with either effort. Failed on the last rep of 240 mostly because of grip/shoulder fatigue keeping the bar upright. Cleans felt heavier than they should have. Double unders should have been unbroken but weren’t. Rough. Give this one a go!
