Paced it poorly. Always want the buy out to be faster than the buy in despite the fatigue so I blew that. Haven’t felt like that on the bike in a minute. Had to go like 3 cals sprinty and then 1 cal slow for a majority of the time. Decided to break double unders to spare shoulders for hspu. Worked for two rounds but fell apart at the end. Missed my goal by a minute. Give this one a go!
