6 Bench Presses (185/125 lb) went 165
*Prior to 16:00, complete:

4 Bench Presses (225/155 lb) went 185
*Prior to 20:00, complete:

Much better than last time. Not necessarily stronger because that last 235 was right on the edge, but definitely more fit and know my body better. Give this one a go!
