Settings
Round Length: 40 seconds
Warn At: 0 seconds
Rest Length: 1 second
Start the timer and do as many reps as possible (AMRAP) of kettlebell swings during the 40 seconds of work and at every 1 second "rest" round do 5 pull ups, as soon as you are done with 5 pull ups go right back to AMRAP kettlebell swings.
The next 40 seconds of time will continue to count as you do your pull ups, meaning your pull ups will be eating away at the time you have available to do the next set of kettlebell swings. The slower you do your 5 pull ups, the less time you have for kettlebell swings.
Workout ends once you finish 100 cumulative kettlebell swings.
