This video was originally uploaded October 23, 2010. This is part of a very typical workout I do to start off the week when I am well rested. I guarantee that if you aren't squatting or cleaning very heavily now, incorporating a workout like this will easily increase your vertical several inches in a matter of weeks. This is my promise to you. And a promise broken is a devastating thing so believe me when I say it won't happen and that everything I am telling you is true.
Practice good form, the chance of injury is high if these movements are not performed correctly.
Try it and let me know how it goes. If you stick to these movements you'll find yourself jumping over the hoop on the basketball court and dunking with your feet while you perform a 720 pirouette as your friend-more-like-aquaintance and his hot girlfriend who never says anything more to you than a polite 'hello' look on with their jaws on the floor and saliva rolling off their tongues onto the dirty blacktop at the local park with the fence where all the self proclaimed 'ballers' come out to 'ball' with their headbands and retro Nike Hyperdunks and the local favorite basketball team's logo embroidered on their oversized athletic shorts that you wish they would just pull up ever so slightly to spare you the view of their Superman boxers every time they raise their arms.
