Hello friend, and welcome to Day 3 of our 2026 Flow Journey - Balanced Body!
Today you'll join Julia for a mobility practice, one of the 5 pillars in this year's 30 day journey! This practice is focused on hip mobility, and was recorded on the Grand Mesa during fall (the largest flat top mountain in the world!), to capture the changing aspen and birch leaves.
Every mobility practice uses modern scientific techniques to increase your active range of motion in a specific joint. These practices focus on controlled movements, and progressive loading.
Every flow class is crafted for intermediate level practitioners, and is level 3 of 4 in our LIFE Movement model, standing for Learn, Integrate, Flow, and Explore. Our Flow journey moves fluidly through intermediate poses and transitions, working towards more advanced positions, while leaving more space through less anatomical cueing.
