Back with another Triple Threat- Arms, Abs & A**. Grab your light weights, ball and band so we can Sculpt together!
Equipment: 2 light weights, ball, band, optional ankle weights
Standing: 2 light weights, band, optional ankle weights
Squat
Squat to press
Squat to press R leg lift
Standing, R leg L arm lift lower (lateral)
Hold back, R leg lift with reverse fly
Hinge R toes tap back tricep extension
Repeat L side
Quadruped: ball, optional ankle weights
Ball under R hand
L leg lift lower
L leg lift, push up
L leg lift, push up, slide R arm out
Hold leg lifted, low in push up, just slide ball out and in
Hold arm long, tiny pulses through leg
Ball in between thighs
Bear taps
Hold up, knees side to side
Ball under L hand, repeat opposite side
Supine abs: Ball, optional ankle weights
Ball crunch
Ball crunch to table top
Hold chest high, alternating toe taps
Ball between R elbow L knee, L hand head, R toe taps
Ball between thighs, double leg extension
Ball between L elbow R knee, R hand head, L toe taps
Ball between hands, double arm and leg extensions
