COFFEE CARAMEL SWIRL BROWNIE
Ingredients
Eggs 4 pieces
Brown sugar 100 grams
Dark chocolate 330 grams
Oil 120 grams
Flour 166 grams
For Caramel Swirl
Ingredient
Sugar 200 grams
Water 50 grams
Cream 100 grams
Butter 40 grams
Instant coffee 3 grams
Salt 1 pinch
For Cheese Filling
Ingredient
Cream cheese 200 grams
Egg 1 piece
Sugar 15 grams
Method
In a pan, add sugar and water, cook until it turns into caramel.
Once golden in color, add cream. Mix in butter, then dissolve instant coffee and salt in little water and add. Stir until smooth, then let it cool at room temperature.
Whisk cream cheese, egg, and sugar together. Add 100 grams of prepared caramel and whisk again.
For assembling, line an 8-inch square mold with butter paper and grease with butter.
Pour in the brownie batter, then add the cream cheese mixture on top. Drizzle caramel over it and create a marble design using skewers.
Bake at 170°C for 35–40 minutes, or until a skewer inserted comes out clean.

Ingredients

Digestive biscuits 250 grams
Melted butter 100 grams
For Filling
Ingredient
Cream cheese 250 grams
Choco Nuts (hazelnut spread) 200 grams
Gelatin 10 grams
Vanilla essence 1 ml
For Decoration
Ingredient
Wafer rolls (chocolate spread) as required
Strawberry / glazed cherry 6–8 pieces
Mint leaves few pieces
Cocoa powder as required
Method
To make the base, line the sides of a springform pan with wafer rolls.
Crush the biscuits, mix with melted butter, and press firmly into the base of the pan. Refrigerate for 15 minutes.
For the filling, beat cream cheese until smooth and whisk in vanilla essence.
Separately, beat whipping cream until fluffy. Mix whipped cream with cream cheese mixture.
Melt gelatin and add into the mixture. Gradually fold in Choco Nuts spread.
Create a marble design using skewers, then place in the freezer for 3–4 hours to set.
For decoration, drizzle Choco Nuts on top and garnish with fresh strawberries, cherries, or mint leaves. Finally, dust with cocoa powder.
