Ingredient
For Base:
Digestive biscuits 200 grams
Cocoa powder 15 grams
Dark chocolate 60 grams
Melted butter 60 grams
Coconut flakes 15 grams
For Filling:
Cream cheese 200 grams
Condensed milk 80 grams
Cocoa powder 20 grams
Whipy whip cream 100 grams
For Topping:
Dark chocolate 80 grams
Roasted almonds 30 grams
German Pastry
Ingredient
For Cake:
Egg 1 piece
Sugar 130 grams
Flour 113 grams
Yogurt 65 grams
Oil 65 grams
Baking powder 3 grams
Baking soda 3 grams
Cocoa powder 20 grams
Water 80 grams
ForGermanTopping:
Evaporated milk 250 grams
Sugar 200 grams
Butter 100 grams
Eggs 2 pieces
Peanuts 50 grams
Grated coconut 50 grams
Method
First, whisk together egg, sugar, yogurt, and oil. Then add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cocoa powder, and mix well. Add water and combine until smooth. Pour the batter into a 7-inch mold and bake at 150°C for 30 minutes.
For the German topping, cook all ingredients together until thick, then let it cool. Spread it over the baked cake for layering and topping. Finally, cut into slices and serve.
Method
Crush the digestive biscuits and add cocoa powder. Now melt the dark chocolate and mix it in. Add melted butter and combine well. Then mix in coconut flakes, spread this mixture in the base, and let it chill.
For the filling, mix cream cheese, condensed milk, and cocoa powder. Slightly whip the whipy whip cream and fold it into the filling mixture.
Finally, top with melted dark chocolate and roasted almonds. Chill well, then cut into pieces and serve.
