WORKOUT:
1. Warmup
Strength Set:
Seated overhead press
4-5x 5-6 reps
Super Set A
Front + Lateral delt raises SS regular + lateral bicep curls
3x5,5 4,4 3,3 2,2 1,1 reps
Exercise B:
Bicep Curl to overhead raise
3x8-10 reps
Super Set C:
Cable rear delt raise SS seated bicep curl
3x8-10 SS 3x10-12
Exercise D:
Bench pushup steps
3x10-12
