Hi loves! It's been a minute since I posted an arm workout and that was on the schedule for tonights gym session so I figured I would record one for you all! This is a simple, yet effective arm workout targeting the biceps and triceps with exercises anyone of any level can do at home or in a gym! All this workout requires is dumbbells and something to sit, a bench like surface works best. I also have been incorporating a lot of HIIT work during my cut on my arm focused muscle group days to burn more fat while still working my arms!

1. Super set | 3 sets | 12 reps each
Seated Hammer Curls
Bench Tricep Dips
2. super set | 3 sets | 12 reps ea.
Seated Bicep Curls
Skull Crushers
3. super set | 3 sets| 12 reps ea.
Incline hanging wide grip curls
bent ovet tricep kickbacks
HIIT | 2 sets each
walk out planks x 10
shoulder taps x 20
cross body hammer curls (single arm) into burpee x 10
