Hi guys! This is one of the current bicep and chest workouts I do throughout the week. I say "one of" because some weeks I switch it up, but this is definitely my favorite.. and most challenging! This workout really pushes you but in all the best ways to see some pretty awesome results with muscle growth and strength!
Make sure you are always choosing challenging weight for the reps and sets given! I talked about in the video when completing a certain amount of reps given, sometimes you choose the appropriate weight but you can get 1 or 2 more reps or maybe you can't get the last rep trying your all, and that is okay! The idea is to give it your all and keeping control of the weight. The reps are supposed to get more challenging, especially the last couple, so don't be afraid to push yourself!

2. SS FLAT BENCH DUMBBELL CHEST PRESS
W/ HANGING SINGLE ARM WIDE GRIP CURLS
20,15,12,10 FOR CHEST
12-15 EA. ARM REPS FOR BICEPS
3. SS SEATED CHEST FLYS
W/ SEATED HAMMER CURLS
15,12,10,8 FOR CHEST
15 REPS FOR BICEPS
BURNOUT
PUSHUPS | AMRAP
Increase the weight as you decrease in reps.
