FULL BODY Home Workout that is 20 minutes long including modified exercise options for all fitness levels.
WORKOUT 1 of my SIX WEEK HOME SHRED plan. The ‘Six Week Home Shred’ is a 6-week programme with 5 workouts a week, each lasting for 20 minutes (Full Schedule Below). All you need is the space of a yoga mat and some weights (optional), these can be dumbbells, water bottles, canned food, anything you have. Complete workouts 1-10 and then repeat the schedule, doing each workout 3 times in 6 weeks. This gives you a chance to measure yourself against how you felt last time and to maybe increase your speed now you are familiar with the exercises.
BEFORE STARTING WORKOUT 1:
If you want to see progress and results from this plan it is important to measure yourself now. This could include writing down how you feel, your mood, your energy levels and motivation. Take some photos of yourself from different angles so you have something to compare yourself against. Lastly, depending on your goal, measurements of key body areas like waist, hips, legs and arms are great for seeing progress.

It is recommended you stick to the schedule but if you take a rest day or miss a workout, you can swap a rest day. For example, if you rest on Wednesday, train on Saturday or Sunday. Always try to stick to completing 5 workouts a week with 2 complete rest days for recovery.
