Recipe Nº 1:
🍎 Liver with Golden Apples & Caramelized Onions
🛒 INGREDIENTS:
• 900g beef liver
• 3 garlic cloves
• 150g all-purpose flour
• 2 green apples (firm & slightly sweet)
• 2 medium onions
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Olive oil

🔥 PREPARATION STEPS:
1️⃣ Remove membranes from liver, slice thinly, then cut into small rectangles.
2️⃣ Dredge in flour and fry in olive oil until golden on both sides. Set aside.
3️⃣ Core and slice apples into wedges or half-moons. Sauté in olive oil until golden.
4️⃣ Slice onions into rings and caramelize in olive oil. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
5️⃣ In a serving dish, layer: half the apples, half the liver, half the onions. Repeat.
6️⃣ Finish with the remaining onions on top. Serve warm.

The result is tender, flavorful, and gently sweet — perfect with rice, mashed potatoes, or rustic bread.

Recipe Nº 2:
🍲 Tender Meatballs & Golden Potatoes in Tomato Sauce
🛒 INGREDIENTS
📌 For the Meatballs:
• 500 g ground beef
• 1 egg
• ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Olive oil (for cooking)

📌 For the Potatoes:
• 4 medium potatoes
• 1 tsp dried oregano
• 1 tsp sweet paprika
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• Olive oil

📌 For the Sauce:
• 1 onion, chopped
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
• 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
• 450 ml tomato sauce
• Leek, thinly sliced (to taste)
• Oregano to taste
• Olive oil

🔥 PREPARATION STEPS
1. In a bowl, combine ground beef, egg, panko, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into small meatballs.
2. In a large pan, heat olive oil and sear the meatballs until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside — they’ll finish cooking in the sauce later.
3. Peel and cut the potatoes into medium cubes. Toss with olive oil, oregano, paprika, salt, and pepper.
4. In the same pan, fry the potatoes until golden on the outside. Remove and set aside.
5. In the same pan, sauté chopped onion in olive oil until soft. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.
6. Stir in chopped carrots and cook for 2–3 minutes.
7. Slice and add the ripe tomatoes to the pan. Stir gently to release their juices.
8. Pour in the tomato sauce. Return the golden potatoes to the pan, season with oregano, and stir well.
9. Add the thinly sliced leek and mix — it gives the sauce an extra layer of sweetness and depth.
10. Place the meatballs into the sauce, cover the pan, and let everything simmer together for 30 minutes.
11. Remove the lid and simmer for another 5 minutes to reduce slightly and concentrate the flavors.
✨ Serve warm, share with someone you love, and enjoy every bite!

Recipe Nº 2:
Juicy Chicken Meatballs in a Creamy Parmesan & Sun-Dried Tomato Sauce
Golden on the outside, tender inside, and covered in a rich, creamy sauce with fresh basil and a touch of garlic.
🛒 INGREDIENTS:
📌For the meatballs:
• 500 g (1.1 lb) chicken pieces
• 150 g (5.3 oz) fresh ricotta
• 40 g (1.4 oz) sun-dried tomatoes
• ½ onion, finely chopped
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• ¼ bunch of fresh basil
• 50 g (1.8 oz) grated parmesan
• 30 g (1 oz) breadcrumbs
• 1 egg, lightly beaten
• Salt & black pepper to taste

📌For the sauce:
• 50 g (3.5 tbsp) butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 250 ml (1 cup) heavy cream
• 200 ml (¾ cup + 2 tbsp) milk
• ½ tsp cornstarch (diluted in a bit of milk)
• 40 g (1.4 oz) sun-dried tomatoes
• Salt & black pepper to taste
• 50 g (1.8 oz) grated parmesan
• Fresh basil to garnish

🔥 PREPARATION STEPS:
Preheat the oven to 200°C / 390°F.

📌Meatballs:
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C / 390°F.
2. Blend chicken until finely ground
3. Mix with ricotta, onion, garlic, sun-dried tomatoes, parmesan, breadcrumbs, egg, salt & pepper
4. Shape into meatballs and place on baking tray
5. Bake for 25 minutes

📌Creamy Sauce:
1. In a skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic
2. Add cream + milk and bring to a light boil
3. Stir in diluted cornstarch and let it thicken slightly
4. Add sun-dried tomatoes and parmesan, simmer gently
5. Add baked meatballs and coat in the sauce
6. Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm.
