Stop scrolling. Stop second-guessing. This is THE workout you need.Every week, we hand-pick and craft one powerhouse Workout Of the Week (W.O.W) designed to hit every muscle group, challenge your strength, boost your cardio and leave you feeling unstoppable - no decision fatigue, just results.
All you need to do is pick your WOW dose - Full Dose or Microdose.Got 50-60 minutes? Go for the Full Dose workout, 2-3 times a week for maximum Perk results.Got 25-30 minutes or just starting out? Alternate between Microdose #1 and Microdose #2, 6 times a week for maximum Perk results. Beginners start with 4 times a week working your way up to 6 as your stamina builds.

For this W.O.W you will need this equipment:
• Yoga Block (or heavy book or can be done without)
• One slider
• Pair of light dumbbells (1kg)
