3 Sets | Rest 30–40 sec between exercises
🏋️ Exercises:
• Squats – 20 reps
• Push-ups – 12 reps
• Reverse Lunges – 12/leg
• Shoulder Taps – 20 reps
• Glute Bridge – 20 reps
• Mountain Climbers – 30 reps
• Plank – 30 sec
• Jumping Jacks – 40 reps
