It's time for some full body tabata work! Let's close out BREAKTHROUGH with an all out high intensity workout and congratulate yourself on starting this year right!
In today’s workout we will work for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds per exercise and we will complete 4 rounds of every exercise. The training variables we are aiming for this month are strength and improving your conditioning so make sure you’re grabbing weights in the 75%-85% of your max weights range and push yourself to increase the intensity when you are performing a cardio exercise. This pure strength workout will help you tone your body from head to toe!

6. Butt kicks with punch
7. Front raise

9. Single Leg RDL
