Get a strong back and core muscles with this yoga session designed to build real back and core strength. This is yoga to build strong back and core muscles to support the body and prevent injury. The back and core muscles support the entire body, and having a strong back and core strength can help with all every day activities as well as to improve posture and athletic performance.
In this 25 minute yoga video, I lead you through a series of yoga poses and exercises to stretch and strengthen the muscles in the whole body, but focusing on the all important core, abs and back. The video ends with a gentle cool down and relaxation.
Get to be your best self with this online yoga teaching and guided meditations. Please always listen to your body and just take any yoga pose to where feels comfortable for you. It can be an intense stretch, but never take to the pose to where you feel pain.
