Yogilates or yogalates: This is a 30 minutes session combining elements of yoga and pilates to get the best of both disciplines. The session starts off with a de-stressing breathing exercise, leading into gentle warm-ups and then a series of exercises to work out every part of the body.We finish off with a few minutes of relaxation at the end of the class.
