This full body strength and conditioning combines some of my favorite kettlebell and bodyweight techniques to help you get that full body work in! Remember to not get too CONFIDENT and take the full rest in between sets! The goal is to recover strong and give maximum output every set! Let’s Go!
Equipment Needed: 2 Kettlebells same weight
00:00 Warm Up: 3 rounds, rest 30 seconds in between sets
00:20 Beast Scapula Push Up to Beast Press x 30 seconds
01:07 Single Kettlebell Pullover to sit up and press x 30 seconds
01:58 Single Kettlebell Hike Snatch, alternating sides x 30 seconds
08:52 Work Set 1: 4 rounds, Rest 90 seconds in between sets
09:03 Double Kettlebell Plank Row, alternating x 30 seconds
09:52 Alternating Floor Press to Quarter Get Up x 30 seconds
10:36 Lateral Skater Jumps x 30 seconds
23:30 Work Set 2: 4 rounds, rest 90 seconds in between sets
23:39 Double Kettlebell Deadlift to single kettlebell Snatch x 30 seconds
24:24 Knee Strikes x 30 seconds
24:56 Lying Leg Lifts over Kettlebell x 30 seconds
37:46 Finisher: 8 rounds, rest 30 seconds in between sets
37:48 Explosive Single Kettlebell Deadlift x 30 seconds
Decompression: Perform 1 round of every exercise back to back
46:28 Kneeling Spine Wave x 1 minute
47:58 Alternating Needle Arm Thread x 1 minute
49:36 Alternating Floor Scorpion x 1 minute
50:36 Alternating Pigeon Hold Each Side x 1 minute
