Описание: Good morning,everyone!

Today was a heavy duty workout on timer. It was really amazing , made out of primarily Fundamental Full Body kettlebell exercises. That is all you need to get true strength backed up by concrete muscle mass!

This workout can be done with heavy weight , but it also can be done with lighter weight. It’s made the way that you have only one attempt in a 60 second time period. This way you have ability to recover for the next attempt.

You can also use dumbells as an option! Enjoy and be careful!
