This banded hip self-mobilization applies an intra-articular glide to the hip joint, helping create space, improve joint alignment, and reduce pain with movement better than stretching can.
This can be especially helpful for:
• Anterior hip pain
• Hip impingement–type symptoms
• Limited hip flexion or rotation
• Active women and athletes who feel “pinching” in the front of the hip
Use this as a prep or symptom-modulation tool, not a replacement for progressive strengthening and movement retraining.
