Those drills will improve your shoulder strength and flexibility and core engagement.
3-5 reps for each exercise, repeat for 3 rounds and gradually start increasing the number of reps/ rounds.

1: Plank for 30 sec
2- Transitioning from downward dog, dolphin, chaturanga, dolphin, downward dog
3- Forearm plank, lifting 1 foot at the time for 15 secs
4- Block crunch: hold a brick in between the hands; ardha navasana inhale, exhale crunch opening the legs and getting the arms trough
5- dolphin push ups: use a block in between the hands, on the inhalation lean forward bringing the nose towards the block and on the exhalation pushing the hips back up and bringing the chest toward the legs.
