Good and proper posture has waaaaay more to do with your pelvis and your rib cage.
✅ Pelvis generally level - no arching, tucking, tipping or twisting
✅ Rib cage stacked right on top - no flaring, slumping, tilting or twisting
✅ And theeeennn, your shoulders have a nice spot to settle into when you draw them gently back
When you have proper posture through your trunk, you can finally engage your core muscles better, breathe better, use your pelvic floor better, and stabilize your spine better. Genius!
