This 10-minute Tabata Strength & Sculpt workout is designed to fire up your entire body using simple, effective movements that deliver results fast.
We’re working 20 seconds on, 10 seconds off, with 3 exercises per round, 3 rounds, and 2 total sets — no fluff, just focused strength and burn.
✨ Workout Structure
Tabata Format: 20s work / 10s rest
Set 1 (x3 rounds):
Goblet Squats
Clean & Press
Bent Over Rows
Set 2 (x3 rounds):
Glute Bridge Hold + Skull Crushers
Chest Press + Alternating Leg Extension
Bow & Arrow + C-Curve Row (alternating)
This workout is perfect if you’re:
