30 MIN BALLET WORKOUT - Pilates Exercises To Improve Ballet Jumps and Leaps (Follow Along)
Todays ballet workout is a full body ballet workout routine to improve ballet leaps and jumps in addition to strength and flexibility. This at home pilates for dancers routine will take you through a series of full body toning ballet exercises to stretch and strengthen your whole body for allegro in ballet class! This ballet pilates workout features a ballet warmup before moving into a ballet-inspired standing pilates workout. We will then do a series of full body ballet exercises focusing on the abs, core, the back and legs before moving into a series of jump preparation exercises. We will then perform some jumping drills designed to help you jump higher for ballet allegro! Finally, we will stretch together in a ballet stretch cool down for full body flexibility and tension relief!
