DESCRIPTION
Come join my HOLIDAY FIT 14 Day challenge! These 14 full length workouts range from 55 to 75 mins and have a ton of variety. This is my most comprehensive series to date, combining all of my favourite pieces of equipment with unique and effective movement patterns. If you don't have some of the equipment, no problem, alternatives are suggested at the beginning of each workout.

The workouts are for a more intermediate advanced fitness level, however, modifications are shown throughout. They are definitely workouts you can grow with as they will challenge many different areas of fitness, including stability, mobility, balance, strength and co-ordination.

You can do these workouts on consecutive days, or if you are too sore, add some light cardio in between whenever needed.

Day 1 Sculpt – 59 mins (chair, step, light weights)

Day 2 Chisel – 63 mins (ankle weights, fit ball, chair, various weights)

Day 3 Define – 65 mins (step, chair, resistance band, resistance loop)

Day 4 Burn – 65 mins (light weights, fit ball, chair, step)

Day 5 Tone – 59 mins (ankle weights, chair, dumbbells)

Day 6 Tighten – 70 mins (step, yoga block, light weights, small ball, chair)

Day 7 Recovery – 55 mins (band and ball optional)

Day 8 Shape Up – 68 mins (step, Pilates Ring, Ankle weights, Fit Ball)

Day 9 Cardio Sculpt – 56 mins

Day 10 Mobility Stability – 70 mins

Day 11 Dynamic – 74 mins

Day 12 Comprehensive – 74 mins

Day 13 Torcher – 60 mins

Day 14 Stretch Sculpt – 57 mins
