Todays kettlebell workout can be completed with Double or Single Kettlebell and we are focusing on full body.
Every muscle will be covered and engaged, so your strength and endurance will be tested.
Its 2 x 15 min AMRAPs (As Many Reps As Possible)
👉🏼 Duration: 2 x 15 min
👉🏼 Warm up: 5-10 minutes before you start this workout • 5 min Warm UP and Mobility Workout
👉🏼 Intensity: HIIT / AMRAP
👉🏼 Equipment: Kettlebells (I'm using 2x 20kg Kettlebells, please adjust the weight to your fitness level)
