Описание: We are starting week 5 everyone! We're making so much progress together, let's not let off the gas pedal just yet! Don't forget to subscribe to the channel or follow the challenge here!    • What's the F45 Challenge?  

Today's workout is Redline. You can expect a high-intensity cardio workout session that will target the full body to help you melt your body fat. We will have escalating work times in each set, with little rest times in-between. There are 9 exercises in total, working time today is as follows:

Set 1 is 20 seconds of work, 5 seconds of rest,
Set 2, 30 seconds of work, 5 seconds of rest,
Set 3 is 40 seconds of work, 5 seconds of rest
Set 4, 50 seconds of work and 5 seconds of rest and,
Set 5 is 60 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest.

Here's a look at the exercises we will be doing:

1) Squat Clean + 2x Prisoner Squats
2) 5x High Knees + Hurdle Jump
3) 4x Bear Crawls + 2x Lateral Shoot Through
4) Lateral Run + 2x Ice Skaters
5) 5x Plyo Lunges + 2 Star Jumps / Jumping Jacks
6) Water Bottle Push Up Burpee
7) 3x Single-Leg Lateral Hop
8) 10x Mountain Climbers + 2x Double Foot Mountain Climbers
9) 10x Water Bottle Punches + 2x Sumo Snatches
