Welcome to The Ramp Up, a 6-video beginner workout series designed to help you build momentum and stay consistent with exercise.
Each workout is 20 minutes, done at home, and progresses gradually so your body can adapt without excessive soreness or burnout.
I recommend completing this series over 2–3 weeks. If the workouts feel good, repeating the sequence is always an option. Consistency matters more than intensity.
