Congratulations 🎉 you've made it! Let's see if we successfully lost body fat and gained more lean muscle mass. We're going to explore how we measure our body fat percentage here at the F45 Causeway Bay Studio.

The last 45 days was designed to help you build habits into your daily lifestyle to motivate you to lead a healthier one and reach your fitness goals. And although it is now over, I hope you've developed some sustainable ways to maintain a balance between working out and dieting. This entire program was designed for those who are completely new to working out or just doesn't have the set up at home to lift weights, but still wants to be active during these times of quarantine and lockdown.
In this video, I demonstrated the most efficient way to get a baseline measurement of my body's composition before and after the challenge, but there are many other way to go about it. You also don't need any fancy machines to get started with measuring your body fat percentage either. Simply using a measuring tape and callipers can get the job done as well.
