Hey Jumpers!
Here’s a quick + fun jump rope workout for you to try that we’re calling the Happy Hips workout! For this workout, we’ll be alternating between 40 seconds of work and 20 seconds of rest. Let’s jump in! So often, we neglect our hips, so let’s show them some love!
Workout starts at 01:40
Here’s the rundown:
Tabata One:
