Here’s a fun little Tabata workout for you to try! First, a quick refresher on Tabata—20 seconds of max-effort movement followed by 10 seconds of rest. If you’re ready to sweat, jump into this at-home workout!
Workout starts at 01:40
Here’s the rundown:
Tabata One:
➰ 20 seconds of Jumping (step of your choice) with the 1/4 LB rope
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
🔥 20 seconds of Bodyweight Squats
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
➰ 20 seconds of Jumping
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
🔥 20 seconds of Squat Jumps
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
🔁 Repeat x 1
Tabata Two:
➰ 20 seconds of Jump Rope Jacks with the 1/2 LB rope
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
➰ 20 seconds of Alternate Foot Step
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
🔁 Repeat x 3
Tabata Three:
➰ 20 seconds of Jumping (step of your choice) with the 1/4 LB rope
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
🔥 20 seconds of Pushups
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
➰ 20 seconds of Jumping
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
🔥 20 seconds of Plank Up-Downs
⏸️ 10 seconds Rest
