I Created This “Secret” Sandwich Out of Pure Desperation (+ Bonus Game Day Ranch)

I was low on options, low on groceries, and honestly just trying to not embarrass myself… but somehow that desperation turned into the best sandwich I’ve made in a long time.

This is one of those accidental wins you almost don’t want to share… but here we are.

Sandwich Recipe

2 lbs Chicken Breast
1lb Bratwurst
3 medium yellow onions
4 cloves garlic
3 tablespoons beer & brat mustard
1/2 lb sharp cheddar cheese
french sandwich rolls

Game - Day Ranch Recipe

1/2 cup Mayo
1/2 cup Buttermilk
1/2 cup Sour Cream
Juice from 1 lemon ( about 30g)
1 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp dried chives
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp salt
fresh cracked black pepper to taste
