Polish Sausage Recipe
2lbs ground chuck
3lbs ground pork butt
2 tablespoons kosher salt
1 tablespoon fine black pepper
1 tablespoon dried marjoram
1 tablespoon garlic powder
6 cloves or 30g of minced or pulverized garlic
1 cup ice water
Optional 1 teaspoon pink salt
