INGREDIENTS
For the dough
1 3/4 cups (235g) bread flour
1/2 teaspoon (1.5g) instant yeast
1 teaspoon (6g) fine sea salt
3/4 teaspoon (3g) sugar
5 1/2 ounces (156ml) cold water
2 teaspoons (10ml) olive oil
For 2 bar pizzas
3 tablespoons (45ml) corn oil
3 tablespoons (42g) unsalted butter - melted
1 14-ounce can crushed tomatoes - drained for 3-4 minutes
1/2 teaspoon Sicilian oregano
3/4 cup (85g) shredded mozzarella
3/4 cup (85g) shredded mild cheddar
sliced pepperoni - optional
