BISCUITS
240g or 2 cups flour

180g or 3/4 cup buttermilk
SAUSAGE GRAVY
1 tablespoon butter
1lb Breakfast Sausage
2 teaspoons fresh sage
1 shallot minced
1/3 cup flour
3 cups milk
