30 Minute Continuous Cardio Workout | Kickboxing Inspired | Low Impact | No Jumping

Описание: All you need is a mat and something for hydration for this continuous cardio kickboxing inspired workout. We have 30 exercises today . We perform each exercise for 60 seconds. There is no break time, so be on the lookout in the upper left-hand corner for the upcoming exercise. Once you hear that ding, we have switched. We are taking today's intensity around a low-moderate pace. I suggest going around 75% of your max effort. This should feel challenging, but something we can maintain for about 30 minutes. These are non-repeat and there is no jumping today, but just because its low-impact doesn't mean its not challenging. This should challenge you : ) Remember, you and I are different so we do not have to go at the same speed/tempo. You can go faster, you can go slower... find a pace that is challenging for you. Reverse lunge to kick, left

4 count punch combo

Alt front kicks
Pulsing squat (3) to alt back kick
2 front kicks to 2 back kicks
Side shuffle with punch
Kick to punch, left
Kick to punch, right
Inchworm with pushup (on knees to modify)
Mountain climbers
Step back back plank with sumo squat calf raise
Oblique twists with pulse, left
Oblique twists with pulse, right
Reverse lunge to side squat (knee ins), left
Reverse luge to side squat (knee ins), right
Sumo squat ab twists
Inchworm with high to low plank
Bear plank kick through
Forearm plank punches
Plank hold (30 seconds)
