When it comes to dinner being on weightloss journey, we generally ran out of options. So, to solve tht problem, Today I am sharing 5 Healthy & Nutritious Dinner Recipes. You can cook them for dinner but what option would suit for which day depends upon the total calories consumed that day.

5 Recipes are :
1. Beetroot Paneer Sandwich
Blend of Paneer & Beetroot with other raw vegetables make the best stuffing and it is stuffed between two sourdough bread slices. I have grilled the sandwich but you can totally roast it on non-stick pan.
2. Lentils Spaghetti with Grilled Cheese Sandwich
Like Lentils, Lentils Pasta is also high in protein and can be totally consumed in weightloss without any second thought. The Pasta I am using has 15 G protein in 56 gm of dry quantity. I have paired it with sandwich to make a fulfilling and high protein meal.
3. Quinoa Moong Dal Khichdi
Quinoa Moong Dal Khichdi is one of my commonly cooked dinner foods as it is one pot meal, high in protein and low in carbs. I have paired it with mint curd today and some salad.
4. Soya Chana Salad
Soya and Chana - both are high protein food and the blend of both makes a perfect high protein and low in calories salad which you can enjoy in dinner.
5. Lobhia Dal With Paneer Bhurji
Lobhia Dal is the one of the high protein lentils and i have paired it with Low fat paneer bhurji to make a balanced meal.
