if there is one thing to remember on this day 20: with age, we naturally lose bone mass. that's why it's essential to strengthen your body. weight bearing and resistance training can help maintain or improve bone density.
so there's nothing better than exercising with your own body weight. today's 10-minute class focuses on strengthening the upper body.
