Описание: Today we prepare for sleep by exploring deep belly breathing and 'Nadi Shodhana' (otherwise known as ‘alternative nose breathing’ or ‘ANB’) , with a body scan to finish. Nadi Shodhana has many benefits including its ability to create a more balanced and stable state of mind, and activate the parasympathetic nervous system (counteracting the fight or flight response). Let’s delight in this bedtime yoga practice together and prepare to rest well. Remember consistency is key, try practicing regularly to realize benefits fully.
