Grow your shoulders! Full workout! In order to build beautiful capped shoulders, we must focus on both low reps and heavy weights, and high reps and light weights. Front delts are trained when we train chest and often during arm training, so it's easy to develop imbalances from front to back.
This workout hits the front, medial, and rear delts, to give you that beautiful capped appearance - but focuses more on the medial and rear delts to make your physique look truly impressive. We're working with more volume today, 5x8 and 4x10 for all exercises.

Cuban press
Single-arm shoulder press on incline press machine
Lateral raises on incline bench
Neutral grip alternating military press
Incline bench wide grip upright row/front raise superset
Reverse flyes/face pulls superset
