Rob Riches Bicep Split Workout:
"Scott" Preacher Curls*: 3-4 sets of 10-12 reps
Standing Cross-Body Hammer Curls**: 3-4 sets of 12 reps
Lat Pulldown Reverse Curls*: 3 sets of 15 reps
Single Arm Cable Curls**: 3 sets of 15 reps
Slow Close-Grip Pull-ups*: 3 sets of 'to failure'
Low Cable Curls (Elbows on Knees)**: 3 Sets of 15 reps
*(Performed as a super-set exercise)
