Hi guys, welcome back to the channel.
I just couldn't leave this recipe without trying it out. Oh boy, am I impressed with this recipe from @Food-Language . I won't use another recipe again, the bread is light and fluffy, with a soft crumb and simply delectable.
The fact that this no knead bake takes all the hard work out of it.
You have to give this ago, it is so hard not eat this focaccia hot with charcuterie and cheese, or just olive oil.

It's not very often that a recipe really gets me excited, but this one definitely does.
I really loved doing this bake and I think that I might start scrolling for another million plus view recipe and make a little series of them, what do you think?
Anyway, here is the recipe which you can also find at YouTube @Food-Language
4 c/500g plain flour
1 2/3 c of warm water
2 t salt
4t/12g of brewer's yeast or 2 t dried instant
1 t sugar
2T olive oil plus more for greasing
Mix flour ,sugar ,yeast, salt ,water and olive oil with handle of a wooden spoon until the mix just comes together, cover with plastic wrap and leave 30 mins to rest.
Remove the plastic and wet your hands and , grab the four sides of the dough and lift it into the centre
lift the dough from the centre and slap it into the bowl a couple of times
This stretching will help develop the gluten network
Cover and rest for 30 mins
Already full of bubbles!
So wobbly !
Let's do the same process as before
Stretch and fold the 4 sides
Lift and slap a couple of times
It's ready now
Grease a tray with olive oil
Be generous, focaccia loves olive oil
Transfer the dough into the tray
More olive oil? Yes, trust me!
Sprinkle a little water on the top
Sprinkle a little coarse salt
Bake at 230c (440f) for 20 minutes
