This high-protein cabbage & lentils meal is cheap, healthy, and shockingly delicious, perfect for quick dinners or meal prep.

👉Ingredients:
1/2 cabbage (about 150 g)
60 g pre-soaked lentils
5 tbsp flour
1/2 cup water
Salt, black pepper, lemon pepper & aromatic herbs to taste
(Optional) Serve with probiotic yogurt for extra freshness!
👉Steps:
1. Cook shredded cabbage until softened.
2. Add lentils + spices and mix.
3. Add flour + water until thick.
4. Spread in a pan or baking dish and cook until golden.
5. Serve warm with parsley or yogurt.
🔥 Tips:
• Chickpea flour adds more protein.
• Great for meal prep, stays perfect for 3–4 days.
